In these Terms & Conditions, the following definitions apply:

2.2 One Account Per Person. Each User is permitted to hold only one active Account. The creation of duplicate accounts, whether under the same name or a pseudonym, is strictly prohibited. cilislot reserves the right to close all duplicate accounts and retain any balances therein.
2.3 Registration Accuracy. All information provided during registration must be true, accurate, and current. This includes your full legal name as per your MyKad or passport, date of birth, email address, and contact number. Providing false information constitutes a material breach of these Terms and may result in immediate account closure.
2.4 KYC Verification. cilislot operates under international gaming authority compliance standards and is required to verify the identity of all Users prior to processing withdrawal requests. You agree to provide such documentation as cilislot may reasonably request, including a copy of your national identification card or passport and proof of address.
2.5 Geographic Restrictions. It is your sole responsibility to determine whether accessing and using the cilislot platform is lawful in your jurisdiction. cilislot makes no representation that its services are appropriate or available for use in any specific location.
3.1 You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your login details with any third party under any circumstances.
3.2 cilislot strongly recommends enabling two-factor authentication (2FA) on your account. You acknowledge that cilislot is not liable for any losses arising from unauthorised access to your account where you have failed to adequately protect your credentials.
3.3 You must notify cilislot support immediately upon becoming aware of any unauthorised access to or use of your account. cilislot reserves the right to suspend an account pending investigation of reported security incidents.
3.4 Idle sessions are automatically terminated after 30 minutes as a security measure. cilislot accepts no liability for losses arising from failure to log out on a shared device.
4.1 Accepted Payment Methods. cilislot currently accepts deposits via Touch 'n Go eWallet, Boost, Maybank, CIMB, and Public Bank. The minimum deposit amount is RM 30. cilislot reserves the right to modify accepted payment methods at any time with reasonable notice.
4.2 No Third-Party Deposits. Deposits must be made from a payment method registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are strictly prohibited. Any deposit identified as originating from a third party will be reversed and may result in account suspension.
4.3 Withdrawal Processing. Withdrawal requests by verified accounts are processed on the same business day, subject to cilislot's fraud and compliance review procedures. cilislot reserves the right to delay withdrawal processing pending satisfactory completion of KYC verification.
4.4 Withdrawal Limits. Minimum and maximum withdrawal limits apply and are displayed within your Account dashboard. cilislot reserves the right to adjust withdrawal limits for VIP and standard accounts at its sole discretion.
4.5 Currency. All transactions on the cilislot platform are denominated in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR). No currency conversion is applied to MYR transactions.

5.5 Bonus Abuse. Users found to be exploiting bonuses through systematic betting patterns, use of multiple accounts, collusion, or any other method intended to circumvent the spirit of a promotion may have their accounts suspended and bonus winnings voided.
6.1 All games available on the cilislot platform are operated by third-party certified game studios. cilislot acts as an aggregator and platform provider. Game-specific rules are governed by the respective studio's published rules, which are accessible within each game interface.
6.2 In the event of a technical failure, disconnection, or system error during a game session, cilislot will make reasonable efforts to reconstruct the game state and honour any verifiable outcome. Where reconstruction is not possible, the affected bet may be voided and the staked amount refunded.
6.3 cilislot reserves the right to void any bet that has been placed or settled in error, including errors arising from software malfunctions, incorrect odds display, or manifest pricing errors.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the cilislot platform and will result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and may be referred to relevant authorities:

11.2 Your continued use of the cilislot platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not accept the revised Terms, you must close your account and cease using the platform.
